Ayer8 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ayer8 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you legally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes full effect from the moment you begin using the platform.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account. ayer8 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users are responsible for checking the latest version periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally permitted under their local laws to participate in online betting activities.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on ayer8. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the security of your password and access to your account. ayer8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.

• Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.

• An identity verification process (KYC) may be required before any withdrawal is approved.
• Inaccurate account information or falsified verification documents may result in permanent account closure.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Ayer8 users agree to use this platform responsibly and in accordance with all applicable rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action as well as account closure:

• Using automation software, bots, or any other method to manipulate games or platform systems.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity using the ayer8 platform.
• Sharing or transferring account balances to other users without official authorisation.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Distributing harmful, threatening, or unlawful content through the platform in violation of Malaysian law.

Ayer8 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including freezing funds pending the outcome of the investigation.

4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)

All transactions on ayer8 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 and the minimum withdrawal amount is RM30.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the registered bank account details are accurate and match the name on their ayer8 account. Any discrepancy may result in delayed or rejected transactions.

• Deposit: Funds are typically credited within 5 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the financial institution.
• Withdrawals: Processed within 1–3 business hours, subject to successful identity verification.
• Bonus terms: If you have claimed a bonus, a wagering requirement must be met before any funds can be withdrawn. Full details are stated in the terms of each respective offer.
• Transaction failed: ayer8 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party eWallet providers.

Ayer8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending investigation if any suspicious transaction activity is detected or if it is inconsistent with the user's typical usage patterns.

Account Suspension & Closure

Ayer8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Providing false information or invalid identity documents during registration or verification.
• Court orders, regulatory directives, or legal compliance requirements.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons and no breach has been committed by the user, any remaining account balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe after the investigation is concluded.
